裡頭特別強調應該要譯成"代理權"而非"實際權限"
雖然上課時老師認為翻成"實際權限"就可以
我指出英米法辭典有此收錄後
他還是堅持 我也沒有再爭辯下去
但 課後的這個翻譯 我覺得就錯得更離譜
畢竟actual並非副詞
